- Stay 3 to 12 months, renewable for up to 12 more; you can bring your spouse and children, and the main pass holder may bring parents.

- "REGISTER NOW!" leads to the same application portal — prepare proof of work and income first (tech talent: over USD 24,000/year; non-tech: over USD 60,000/year).
