申請を成功させるコツ
繁忙期を避けて申請する。 大使館やオンラインポータルは夏以外の時期のほうが混雑しにくく、秋冬は申請件数が少ないため処理が速い傾向があります。
電子・紙の両方でコピーを残す。 提出前にすべての書類をスキャンしておきましょう。紛失や再提出依頼があっても、ゼロから用意し直す必要がなく即対応できます。
最低基準を上回る収入で申請する。 最低額より20〜30%上の収入を示すと追加審査を受けにくく、承認も速くなります。ギリギリの申請は追加書類依頼を受けやすくなります。
大使館や領事館に直接確認する。 要件は頻繁に変わります。メールか電話で最新の必要書類リストを確認すれば、古い情報のまま提出する事故を防げます。

却下される主な理由は？
書類不備、収入証明の不足、期限切れ書類（古いパスポートや残高証明）、医療保険の未加入、最低収入基準の未達などです。提出前に要件を二重チェックすれば多くは防げます。
オンラインで申請できる？それとも大使館訪問が必要？
